Galanthus . “Hoggets Round ” elwesii Hybr . Rounded early Hybrid with rounded , mid-green ovary. Leaves erect, broad ,blue-green .Outer segments rounded ,short claw at base ,bluntly pointed at apex . inner segments broad inverted green “V” shaped mark above sinus merging into an oval towards base to create a “Y” shaped mark ,clumps up well .Nov-Dec. Found by Matt Bishop in de garden of the late Terry Jones the other snowdrop is Gal . Hoggets Narrow .
